Separation for floating production
Thanks to its specific features (split flow central inlet fluid distribution, specific internals,...) the “Split Flow” separator allows to obtain a separation efficiency on a floating support, which is as good as on a fixed installation and without requiring any oversizing of the separator vessel. Even in the harshest environments “Split Flow” offers a proven and reliable high separation efficiency for floating production along with significant savings in cost, weight and space.
Industrial Experience:
PROSERNAT has installed separation units on floating production facilities, among which “Split Flow” units in the North Sea since 1995, with treatment capacities up to 300 000 BPD.
